Hey everyone! It's been a bit since I last checked in. Excited to give you a sneak peek into my Easter planning!

I’m prepping to host my big fat Italian Easter this coming weekend and could not be more excited. We’ll have an egg hunt for my son Jules, my nephew and brand new niece (she was born Feb 5th!) and my cousin's kiddos.

Every year we have a tradition of blowing out eggs and dying them, we do this in the Pysanky tradition, which originates from Ukraine. My mom, Lisa, forever an artist at heart, introduced us to the craft when I was young. We’ve hosted countless Easter parties where everyone rolls up their sleeves and gets creative, making an egg with a rich series of dyes that will be preserved for the next year, when we display them all on an Easter Egg Tree. 

As Julian gets older I’m excited to pass these crafting traditions on to him, and to encourage creativity and art in our normal lives. What a blessing and gift.
