Lily recently traveled to Oaxaca, Mexico for a wedding and she’s shared some of her experiences with us as well as outfits and new Sorrelli jewelry.
.
A tradition for a Mexican wedding is having a calenda the night before the wedding. A Calenda is a Oaxaca tradition where there is a procession through the streets with the bride and groom the night before the wedding.
Lily’s stacked bracelet features the following stack:
- The brand new Sunny Cuff Bracelet, from our Santorini collection
- A classic, pearl staple, the Diana cuff bracelet
- A new essential, the Sienna Stretch bracelet.
.
She also wore Misty Statement Earrings from our
Santorini collection and the Jeanette Statement Necklace from our Urban collection. She paired this with the Ella dressfrom Rhode.
.
For the wedding, it was in a gorgeous, outdoor venue called the Jardin Botanico in Oaxaca, the ancient cacti made from amazing photo opportunities.
.
Lily’s outfit for the wedding showcased the Giselle statement necklace & giselle statement earring set from our Cranberry collection as well as some additional bracelets from old and newer collection, including the giselle tennis bracelet. She paired this with a Mestiza NY gown in black lace and a traditional beaded red head piece from the markets of Oaxaca.
