Repair Your Sorrelli

So sorry to hear you have a damaged piece! Not to worry, we've got you covered. Our lifetime promise applies to all Sorrelli jewelry purchased directly from sorrelli.com or our Flagship Store in Kutztown, PA or an authorized Sorrelli Retailer. Please note, all repairs are subject to a non-refundable $9.95 fee to cover return shipping and processing. Sorrelli's goal is to repair your item so it is wearable again. While we aim to restore its original condition, some signs of repair may still be visible. Complete information is available on our lifetime promise page.

Please Note: Our Lifetime Promise is a commitment to quality and craftsmanship. It's not intended to cover damage caused by misuse or abuse. As such, some repairs fall outside the scope of what we cover. These include:

  • Multiple break points or complex breakage (often a sign of misuse)
  • Bent, crushed, or warped jewelry
  • Damage from accidents, mistreatment, or extreme wear
  • Water damage (often visible as internal clouding or discoloration of stones)
  • Pieces we can't fix due to discontinued materials

* All repairs come with a complimentary light cleaning (as needed), but we also offer a deep professional clean for $15 if you'd like your piece looking its absolute best!

In order to provide you with the most accurate quote for repair services, please provide at least one detailed photo of your Sorrelli item. If you do not provide photos, our repairs team will reach out to you after you have submitted your repair request.

Depending on the extent of the repair, or any special requests, your repair will take 12-14 weeks to be returned to you.

If you are sending in an earring for repair, please send in BOTH earrings so that we can ensure a consistent repair process.

We strongly suggest that you ship via UPS or FedEx to our location, so you can track your shipment and confirm our receipt.
